2. Ordering hours are from 8am CT to 7pm CT, Monday to Saturday. CBC is closed on Sundays.

Shipping Details:

1. Queens are shipped via UPS Next Day Air, with a high success rate.

2. Queens are shipped uninsured, placing the sole responsibility on the purchaser.

3. Replacement of queens is determined by Cox Bee Company.

4. In some cases, USPS may be used, still maintaining the purchaser's sole responsibility.

5. Shipping cost is based on the weight/size of the box, determined by the number of queens.

6. Shipping cost is set by UPS (or USPS) and is subject to change.

7. Customers are encouraged to provide an email address for tracking information and any special delivery instructions.

Order Fulfillment:

1. Orders are filled based on the date they were placed.

Accepted Payment Methods:

1. Accepted payment methods include personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Venmo, Zelle, cash app, PayPal, and cash.

2. Checks must be received and cashed before the shipment date.

3. Credit card orders will be charged ahead of the shipping date.

4. Payments must be received a minimum of 48 hours before the queens are shipped.

PLEASE NOTE:

1. Condition at Shipping: The queens are confirmed as being alive and in good condition, fed and watered, at the time of shipping.

2. Lack of Control over Shipping: CBC emphasizes that they cannot control the actions of the shipping carrier once the queens are in their possession.

3. Communication with Carriers: Despite efforts to communicate the importance of proper handling to the carriers, CBC acknowledges that there may be a certain mortality or failure rate during shipping.

4. No Refunds for Shipping-related Issues: CBC states that they are not responsible for providing refunds for queens that die during shipping or fail later in the hive.

5. Customer Responsibility: Customers are urged to inspect the queens immediately upon arrival and to notify CBC promptly if any issues are observed.

6. All nucs must be picked up.
